Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of our products and services, the NASBAstore maintains a strict No Refund Policy for domestic and international orders. All sales are final.

The NASBAstore will REPLACE items damaged during shipment. The damaged item must be reported to the NASBAstore within 48 hours of receipt. Once the damaged item is returned to our office, the product will be reviewed and a replacement order will be issued within 2-4 weeks.

When returning your damaged item, please include the following:

  1. Damaged item, as received;
  2. A photocopy of the original invoice; and
  3. Written explanation of the reason for your return.

All certificate orders will be submitted to the professional licensing or certifying agency selected for official verification. You must be officially eligible for a particular certificate before placing an order. If your professional status cannot be verified by the appropriate licensing or certifying agency, then your order will be deemed a fraudulent submission, your fees will be non-refundable and the activity will be officially reported to the professional agency.
